  1 star because I wasn't able to leave a review unless doing so. I walk in at 5:50pm on 6.26.17 asking for myself and my son to be seen. knowing the place doesn't close til 630, they refused to see us because "the Dr decided they were done for the day". I have never been so angry in my life. I would have come earlier, but my symptoms have affected my ability to drive and am in an incredible amount of pain. The visit would have taken 20 min and a prescription of antibiotics. but no, they decided they were done. And had the audacity to ask for me to come in the next day. I just don't understand what kind of practice this is. Its an urgent care for a reason. Never again will I go there.

  I have been to this urgent care several times in the last year as strep throat is chronic among myself and my kids. Last time I went in, I walked in right when they opened, feeling absolutely miserable with strep. I had my 4yo daughter with me. We waited for 2 hours to be seen. I kept thinking about leaving and going somewhere else but I assumed it would be any minute. Now I've been slapped with a large bill for several visits because my insurance isn't accepted there. They asked for my insurance cards every single time I visited and never once did anybody say anything not accepting my insurance. Had I known that, I wouldn't have continued to go there.
